TIME: 5:30 p.m. arrival, cash bar, dinner at 6:15 p.m.,
7:00 p.m. Introductions, Program and Raffle/Silent Auction
MENU: Garden Salad and Popovers
Your choice of: Sliced Flat Iron Steak with Chimichuri Sauce; Statler Breast of Chicken stuffed with Spinach, Artichokes and Ricotta; Honey Citrus Galzed Salmon with Cucumber Grape Relish; Parpardelle Pasta with Vegetarian Bolognese red sauce.
Dessert will be Apple Strudel with Ice Cream, Tea and Coffee
COST: $30 per person if paying by check, $33 per person if paying online, please bring a guest!
